Return and Refund Policy1. Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Goods1.1. In accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven § 22 e) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) does not apply to goods that are tailor-made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized (customized items).1.2. Since all goods in our online store are custom-made, uniquely customized, or personalized according to your individual order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind once the production process has started.1.3. Please carefully review all sizes, designs, custom text, and options before completing your purchase.2. Defective or Damaged Goods (Reklamasjon)2.1. Pursuant to the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you retain full rights regarding faulty, defective, or incorrect items.2.2. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from the final order specification due to our error, you are entitled to a replacement (free reproduction of the item), a price reduction, or a full refund.2.3. Claims regarding defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving your package.
