Return & Refund Policy for Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, each item is custom programmed individually for each customer. Therefore, these items are completely non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please carefully review all technical specifications and requirements before confirming your order. Once the custom programming process has begun or the item has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

The only exception to this policy is if the item arrives defective or does not match the specifications you provided during the order. If there is an issue on our part, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your item to resolve the

issue.
